Waring Oil Has Acquired Commercial Fuel Division of Lavigne Oil in Baton Rouge, LA
Waring Oil Company, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lavigne Oil Company of Baton Rouge LLC. This acquisition will be effective August 26, 2024. Lavigne Oil has been an established leader in the fuel supply business in the Baton Rouge area for over fifty years.
Waring is a major supplier of wholesale fuels, lubricants, and greases, as well as specialty lubes, and DEF. Waring has the products, people, and technology to provide its customers with unmatched service and is a member of the Mississippi Petroleum Marketers Association/Mississippi Association of Convenience Stores, the Louisiana Oil Marketers Association, and the Petroleum Marketers of America Association.
