Our very own, Mart Windham, is serving as the 2021 Mississippi Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association President! Mart began working full time for Waring Oil in the Gulfport/Biloxi office in 1995. He helped build the c-store, petroleum, and propane operations for Waring Oil and Neill Gas on the Mississippi gulf coast. He has kept Waring Oil busy by building relationships with multiple industries along the coast. Waring Oil played an integral part in helping the coast rebuild and recover after Hurricane Katrina hit, in 2005, by providing energy to those in the community. Waring Oil has become an established name on the coast thanks to Mart’s leadership in the Biloxi office over the last 26 years.

Mart and his wife, Jonna, reside in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They have 3 children, Wes (Halie), Blake (Savannah), and Drew, and one grandson, Ben.

Waring Oil, LLC and Neill Gas, Inc. are excited to announce the hire of Tonya Davenport Miethke as our Chief Financial Officer. Tonya came to Waring and Neill after serving as the controller for Willie’s Grill and Icehouse LLC in Houston, Texas. While working at Willie’s Grill and Icehouse, Tonya also received her Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Lone Star College in Cypress, Texas. 

She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from Louisiana State University with a minor in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Originally from Bossier City, Louisiana, Tonya is an avid LSU fan and loves cheering on her LSU Tigers! We want to welcome Tonya, her husband, Arthur, and their two dogs, Bella and Linus, to the Waring Oil and Neill Gas family!

Waring Oil Company, LLC and Neill Gas, Inc. want to announce the retirement of our Chief Financial Officer, Linda Hooper Feibelman, after over 15 years of service.

Linda graduated with a degree from Millsaps College and worked for Road Ranger, Morris Petroleum, and RR Morrison before joining Waring Oil and Neill Gas as our CFO in May of 2003.

Linda has two children, Leanne Durham (Dennis) and Rich Feibelman (Katie) and is very proud of her eight grandchildren! We hope that Linda gets to enjoy spending more time with her family and doing some of her favorite things, like baking and crocheting.

We will miss you, Linda! Thank you for your many years of service and we wish you the very best!

Tonya Miethke began serving as our CFO on January 3^rd, 2020.

Waring Oil Company was recognized as one of Chevron’s Best of the Best in Lubricant Marketers in North America for 2019. Only seven marketers are awarded the GOLD Status out of the six business areas in the United States. Waring Oil obtained this status by hitting our 2019 Chevron sales and operational goals. This is the SECOND year in a row to be awarded GOLD status! Way to go TEAM!
